1. About these terms
By browsing this website or placing an order with Everything Coco, you agree to these terms. Please read them before you order.
2. Products and pricing
All prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include the item only; delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout. We do our best to describe and photograph every item accurately, but slight variations in colour or finish can occur, especially with handmade and fabric products. Prices and availability can change at any time before an order is confirmed.
3. Orders
Placing an order creates a request to buy, not a completed sale. Your order is accepted once we confirm your payment. If an item sells out before confirmation, we'll contact you to arrange an alternative or a full refund.
4. Payment
Payment is made by bank transfer to the account we provide after checkout. You must include your Order ID with your transfer. Payments are verified manually by our team; no order is treated as paid automatically.
5. Delivery
Delivery fees and timelines depend on your state and are shown at checkout. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and reachable phone number. Delays caused by incorrect details or unavailability at delivery are not our responsibility.
6. Returns and issues
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and photographs. We'll arrange a replacement, exchange or refund where appropriate. Items damaged through use, and made-to-order or hygiene-sensitive items, cannot be returned.
7. Your account
Accounts are optional. If you create one, keep your login details private; you are responsible for activity carried out under your account.
