Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. Delivery times vary by location and are confirmed with you directly after your payment is verified.

What to expect
- Your order is reserved as soon as you check out and receive an Order ID.
- We confirm your bank transfer manually, usually within business hours.
- Once confirmed, your order moves to Processing and then Ready for Delivery.
- You'll be contacted on the phone or WhatsApp number you provided before dispatch.
- Track progress any time using your Order ID on the Track Your Order page.
